The Brand Manager – BuzzBallz role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies and plans to deliver long-term sustainable growth across the UK, and key European Countries such as France, Germany & Spain. Working closely with the Brand Team (local & global), you will unlock insight to build integrated plans collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Using your challenger mindset, creative-thinking and commercial awareness you can act with agility, autonomy & smarts to deliver disruptive activations in market, on time and within budget. With a big focus on learning, you will measure effectiveness of activations to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in all we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Build global marketing perspective based on channel, trade and consumer intel. Use this intel to contribute to the development of global marketing plans, annual global forecast & budget planning, the implementation of global brand strategy and ensure marketing plans achieve volume and financial objectives.
- Support Marketing and Sales team in the development and execution of strategic global brand building plans including yearly activity calendars and budgets. Ensure alignment to channel strategy and SKU prioritization. Communicate and re-enforce key brand priorities with global markets.
- Prioritize time and resources against the brand priorities most critical to achieving current and long term brand growth & contribution objectives. Work closely with Global Sales & Marketing teams to ensure that prioritizations are aligned to and the brands are performing on profit, volume and KPI metrics.
- Lead the strategic brand planning work. Participate in trimester & team meetings. Lead the execution of strategic plans and ensure that the brands perform in a manner consistent with the company’s overall strategy with key global markets.
- Drive the identification, development and execution of high value global NBD opportunities that drive brand growth. Follow company protocol to concept, plan, develop, launch and successfully execute global innovation projects.
- Support Global teams in managing advertising, promotion, media and other agencies to efficiently achieve brand plans and commercial objectives. Ensure execution against activity calendar and brand strategic priorities while driving brand consistency to drive trade and consumer brand awareness globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Willingness to travel
- Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
- Implementation or project management experience.
- Budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis experience.
- 3 years Global market experience
- 3 years brand management experience
- Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry
