OUR STORY

At Vagabond, we believe that great wine should be accessible to all. Our passion for wine has taken us from a little shop in Fulham back in 2010 to an Urban Winery at Battersea Power Station, and 9 wine bars in London and 2 outside, each serving over 100 wines by the glass. The idea came to Stephen Finch when he was studying for his MBA in London. As a wine lover, he was excited about moving to London from New York as he enjoyed tasting and discovering new wines…

We’re proud to say that we do some pretty serious (award-winning) winemaking ourselves at our Urban Winery in Battersea. We use minimum intervention and we’re all about trying new things. All of our vineyards are within 2 hours of London, we harvest by hand, and then leave the grapes in the trusted hands of Jose our winemaker.

HOW TO VAGABOND

Our unique wine machines give you the option to try a taster or glass of any of the available at our wine bars. Our tasting notes for each wine can guide your selection, but don’t be afraid to try out a wine you’ve never heard of before. Pick up a card at the bar or top up a Vagabond card from your last visit to access the best wines from around the world and right here in London. And don’t forget our kitchen is open, serving the perfect accompaniment for a glass of wine – or three!
