Customer Relationship Manager - Bristol

We are now recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manger to join our Customer Service and Operations team.  The role is responsible for driving the quality of relationships at stocks, store level, seasonal, and allocations.  You will be responsible for the integration of supplier and customer at the forefront of communication.

 

This is a hybrid role working from home and the office each week.

 

This is a part-time role working 12.5 hours per week over Monday and Tuesday.

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Regular contact with Customers, supporting our continuity of approach through strong ownership of service levels by using real time data.
  • Working with the Customer Service Manager and Demand Planners to optimise service levels and ongoing logistical solutions for key assigned customers.
  • In conjunction with Customer Service and Warehouse & Distribution teams, provide Supply Chain and Planning support and contact for assigned customers – daily, weekly and monthly interaction.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions both internally and externally with regards to service levels, on shelf availability, and depot availability in order to optimise sales and overall availability.
  • Day to day responsibility for the Supply Chain Service Level Agreements with assigned customers.
  • Co-ordinate on going strategic discussions with regards to Supply Chain solutions for assigned customers.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Proven Track record in Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration.
  • FMCG / Retail experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Basic logistics experience.
  • Experience of own supplier ordering systems.
