Business Development Manager (entry level) - London

This is an entry-level position. No sales experience is required, but a deep passion for our brands and a desire to work with people are preferred. This exciting role involves working alongside our Managed Customers and Regional Wholesalers and our Pub Company Partners focusing on account management to maximize existing relationships, whilst also putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts.
A strong candidate will be an outstanding relationship builder. Selling, supporting, monitoring, and retaining our premium ABI brands within partner wholesale supplied outlets & Pub Companies is key, along with commercial acumen and delivery of KPI results, whilst embracing our ten key principles.
This role is a field-based role so a current UK Driving License is required.

We’re looking for individuals who:
- Thrive beyond office walls and enjoy connecting with new clients face-to-face
- Have a passion for the beer and food industry – experience in hospitality (e.g., bar work, waiting staff) is a plus but not required
- Bring analytical skills and strong business acumen to the table
- Are organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excel in relationship-building and follow-up with clients
- Are enthusiastic, driven, resilient, and motivated to make a real impact
