Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager role presents a great opportunity to build on your marketing skills & experience and impact on key pulse moments for our Bourbon and wider portfolio brands throughout the year.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director on the implementation of UK brand plans
  • Coordinate activation plans for key micro moments and occasions throughout the year across activation, social media and PR.
  • Play a role in the delivery of campaigns in key pulse moments
  • Demonstrate commercial mindset by working with the On and Off Trade Sales teams to support Bourbon and portfolio brand activations showing up consistently, and delivering key messages.
  • Take ownership of monthly brand performance reporting using insight and effective data analysis to support your work and the wider work of the Marketing team
  • Support effective budget management and provide financial support for the brand team
  • Coordinate the day-to-day relationship in partnership with the PR Manager, with our PR agency and partner brilliantly with influencers.

Qualifications

  • Previous Marketing experience
  • Experience of supporting teams with administrative tasks
  • Innovative, curious and creative with a passion for quality execution
  • Ability to build & maintain quality relationships with key internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Able to manage multiple projects across tight timelines
  • Good written communication
  • Understanding of using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Teams in a professional setting
