Key Account Manager - Multiple Pub Operators
Ridgeview, one of England’s leading sparkling wine producers, is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with national pub groups and multiple pub operators across the UK.
This commercially focused role is responsible for delivering sales growth, securing new listings and strengthening long-term partnerships across the MPO channel. You will lead account planning, negotiations and commercial performance while ensuring Ridgeview continues to build its presence within the UK on-trade.
Key responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with national pub groups and multiple operators
• Deliver new listings, distribution growth and menu placements
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts and commercial agreements
• Deliver volume, revenue and profit targets across assigned accounts
• Manage account forecasts, budgets and performance reporting
• Develop and execute structured account plans aligned with channel strategy
• Lead promotions, activations and customer initiatives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer performance
• Maintain CRM records and accurate reporting on sales activity and pipeline
• Represent Ridgeview through training sessions, tastings and customer engagement
About you
• Experience managing key accounts within drinks, hospitality or FMCG
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of delivering growth across major accounts
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong planning capability
• Comfortable working in a small, agile team environment
• Existing network across UK MPO channels desirable
• Wine knowledge or WSET qualification advantageous
You will be commercially minded, relationship-driven and confident working with senior stakeholders across national pub operators.
A full driving licence and access to a car are required due to travel to customers and events.
