You are a passionate leader who will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute category strategies to maximize value for the business. This includes creating a vision for Global Marketing Procurement, partnering with Regional Procurement, developing long term strategies, leading agency pitches and evaluations, negotiating contract terms; building strong agency relationships and identifying ways to maximize the return on investment from Bacardi’s A&P spend.
Your goal is to become a trusted leader and business partner with Bacardi’s Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Commercial (Sales) functions who creates competitive advantage through increasing the effectiveness of Bacardi’s creative content and ensuring robust measurement and evaluation frameworks on 100% of Bacardi’s A&P spend.
About You
A member of the Global Procurement Leadership Team, you are a strategic thinker, with strong leadership and management skills, and have a proven track record in Procurement and/or Agency Management. You enjoy collaborating, teaching, and partnering cross-functionally, and are comfortable navigating in a global matrixed environment.
