As a Proactive Sales Manager based at one of our fabulous venues in London, you will be the driving force behind our pre-booked sales initiatives and spearhead our proactive outreach program across London. Your mission? To revolutionise our business landscape by forging dynamic relationships with businesses and pioneering fresh contacts. If you are a savvy networker with an insatiable passion for nightlife and events, coupled with an unyielding hunger for success, this role was tailor-made for you.

Position Overview:

  • Initiate and nurture relationships with local businesses, driving exponential sales growth
  • Be the face of our venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times
  • Craft captivating event proposals, meticulously tailored to the needs of corporate clients
  • Collaborate seamlessly with corporate event agencies, seizing every sales opportunity
  • Implement ingenious sales and upselling strategies to unlock maximum revenue potential
  • Effectively manage venue diaries and handle incoming enquiries
  • Conduct captivating venue visits, hosting clients to showcase our unparalleled offerings
  • Dive headfirst into networking events, continuously expanding our business connections
  • Exceed predetermined sales targets through relentless proactive efforts
  • Drive social media reach and engagement, converting interactions into valuable leads
  • Work seamlessly alongside our reactive sales team, maximizing conversion rates and success

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, ideally within the hospitality sector
  • A burning passion for events, bars, and the vibrant nightlife culture
  • A self-motivated pioneer with a determinedly proactive sales mindset
  • Competent in leveraging the Access Collins System to its fullest potential
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
