Recruitment and Engagement Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Recruitment and Engagement Manager to join our People Team at the Bamford Collection. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a small (but mighty!) team, recruiting c500 roles per year. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role with an exciting variety of roles across hospitality and retail. We are looking for a recruiter who is flexible to work on both operational roles (think Chef’s, Therapists and Bakers), as well as the skills to recruit more specialist roles across our Head Office’s

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

• Recruitment: Hands on recruitment across a variety of roles and levels. You will champion the best recruitment practices and deliver exceptional KPI’s (time to hire, NPS, etc.)
• Systems and processes: Ownership of our internal ATS (we use TeamTailor), ensuring the system is kept up to date and used efficiently across the business. You will keep up to date with system updates and continuously identify areas to improve and automate the recruitment process.
• Employer brand: Continue to champion and grow the Bamford Collection employer brand. By collaborating with our creative and marketing teams, you will continue to grow our LinkedIn following and presence, through telling the internal story of the Bamford Collection.
• Candidate experience: Consistently demonstrate and support the rest of the recruitment team to deliver a five-star candidate experience. Review all candidate feedback and surveys to continuously improve the way we do things.
• Data and reporting: Responsible for reporting all recruitment data back to the People team and wider business; identifying key trends.
• DE&I: Be the DE&I champion for the Recruitment team, ensuring we keep a fair and non-biased recruitment process.
• Sourcing: Using LinkedIn Recruiter, you will successfully source talent across a multitude of specialist roles across Head Office.
• Business partnering: Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support team structures and recruitment requirements.
• External agencies: Build strong relationships with external agencies to support recruitment where necessary.
• Recruitment budget: Ownership of the recruitment budget, being data driven to assess the best suitable areas for investment.

Engagement:

• Employee engagement survey: Responsible for the development and delivery of our annual employee engagement survey ‘BeHeard’, ensuring that we hear from as many of our team members as possible.
• Employee parties: Development and coordination of our company-wide annual celebration (party style!)
• Internal comms: Share regular business updates through interactive newsletter-style emails. We like to introduce our new joiners, promote our benefits and share some of the fun stuff, too.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

• Experience working in a high-volume recruitment role (preferably internal).
• Proven experience of process improvement.
• Experience of employee engagement.
• A good understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge and experience managing an ATS (preferably TeamTailor – but not essential).
• A whizz on LinkedIn recruiter.
• Passionate about recruitment and obsessed with good processes.
