The challenge:

Join us, and you’ll be a People Communications Manager for the best beer company in the world. You’ll take the lead from day one, speak your mind and grow your career faster than you thought possible.

This is a key role in our People team, where the job gives you the freedom to implement creative internal and external communications campaigns, the opportunity to make a tangible impact in driving our D&I agenda forward, as well as to support our Leadership team to be effective and impactful in our communication and engagement agenda.

 

The role:

  • Developing and executing an Internal Communication plan with clear objectives, tools, structure (content, channel, audience, calendar) and reporting
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business (Sales, Commercial, Supply, Brand and Support Functions) to build and deliver organisational-wide editorial.
  • Developing an annual plan, strategy and content to increase awareness and consideration of Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I as an employer, ensuring editorial implementation in line with Zone strategy and standards.

  • Experience of planning and delivering internal communications strategies to build a strong Company Culture and set overall direction
  • Creative and able to think of new and innovative ways to communicate and engage with our employees.

 

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Experience working in communications within a corporate environment
  • Effective communication, writing, presentation and campaign-building skills, with the ability to translate complex messages into engaging and informative tactics
  • Experience of looking at best practice internal communication, employer brand and D&I initiatives at other companies and identifying what might transfer into a Budweiser Brewing Group environment.
