Partnerships Executive - London

As a Beer Partnerships Executive, you’ll support the BU’s commercial leadership by managing key P&Ls and relationships with industry partners. You’ll also contribute to expanding the Beyond Beer Commercial scope.

You’ll execute the Commercial Strategy for some of the BU’s unique brands, collaborating with external partners and internal sales teams to achieve shared goals. This role involves managing P&Ls to drive profitable growth.

Ideal for those looking to develop commercial and stakeholder management skills, you’ll be part of a commercial transformation, exploring new opportunities. You’ll also manage day-to-day operations, address challenges with partners, and lead sustainable growth initiatives.

The role:  

  • Support in formulating a commercial strategy for several brands, execute it and drive results accordingly,
  • Work with sales teams to grow the brands, while managing its P&L,
  • Continuously plan for the brands’ future; search for opportunities and materialize them,
  • Support the Partnerships teams in advancing its strategic priorities within the BU,
  • Participate in Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business reviews,
  • Manage a daily working relationship with your counterparts in partner businesses,
  • Seek out efficiency savings (both time and cost) in new ways of working and structure,
  • Lead key pillars within strategic projects to advance the BU’s place in unique segments.
  • Develop a strong network of working relationships across the BU,
  • Be an ambassador for your brands within Budweiser Brewing Group

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in sales, strategy management, management consulting, or corporate strategy/strategic marketing related industries, Field Sales experience in FMCGs desired
  • Experience in P&L, project management, stakeholder engagement
  • Solid logical and critical thinking and problem solving; analytical skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, Salesforce, Data algorithms/Data Management, PowerPoint or similar,
  • Highly results focused with enthusiasm & ambition,
  • Excellent presentation skills (both chart design and present),
  • Organizational skills and ability to plan workload effectively to meet deadlines
