Job Description

Reporting to the E-Commerce National Account Manager, you will proactively manage and grow E-Commerce & Corporate business across the Remy Cointreau portfolio of exceptional Spirits and Champagne. With full responsibility for a customer portfolio covering key strategic areas such as Specialists, Cocktails and Corporate, you will be required to develop customer relationships to deliver the ambitious Remy Cointreau UK E-Commerce Vision, whilst also providing support across Pureplay key accounts such as Ocado and Master of Malt.

Responsibilities

eCommerce Business Development (/”Game Changers” Portfolio)

•Best in class representation and client experience across all touchpoints – always deliver top class customer service and commercial excellence

•Implement and continue to develop “Game Changer” strategy to target new E-Commerce entrants and build/manage a portfolio of established and emerging E-Commerce Pureplay customers, including Laithwaites Wine.

•Grow the Remy Cointreau business with the right E-Commerce partners across the portfolio to deliver demonstrable growth in sales revenue and volumes

•Champion and drive forward the Remy Cointreau “Corporate” strategy, establishing profitable partnerships with Corporate sector customers, with a key focus on Champagne Telmont:

•Networking internally and externally to build relationships and effectively identify new opportunities

•New business lead identification and liaising with current and prospective clients as required (email, via phone and in person)

•Management of assets and other projects such as brochures and gift packs

•Analyse trends and research competitor activity

•Respond to internal leads/referrals to drive new business

•Monitor Corporate Sales inbox, responding to all enquiries received in a timely manner

•Act as an Ambassador for the RCUK business, lead product tastings and client events (day and occasional evening as required)

Pureplay Key Accounts support

•Support in the day-to-day management to drive the growth of key E-Commerce Pureplay customers where required, such as Ocado, Master of Malt and Amazon, including EPOS reporting & analysis, order tracking, Online Content & merchandising, product set up and other key administrative tasks

•Attend meetings with the National Account Manager where required

•Champion E-Commerce internally and provide support to cross functional teams, including Brilliant Basics KPI tracking across Grocery E-Retail using a range of tools

Administration and Data Hygiene

•Take meeting minutes and ensure discipline in following up all action points on time

•Efficient and structured maintenance of internal and financial documents such as activation calendar, referral trackers and most importantly CRM database

Qualifications

•You will bring a previous experience within Sales with proven New Business track record,

•You have ideally a grocery/national accounts experience and also and experience with E-Commerce/Digital/CRM tools and software,

•You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly develop relationships,

•You have excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills,

Highly organised planner and disciplined when it comes to deadlines.

•You have are driven, proactive, enthusiastic and resilient with a can-do attitude,

•You have a genuine interest in luxury/premium brands,

•Good command of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point

•Fluent in English
