ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our People Team as HR Coordinator.  In this role you will report our HR Manager – HQ Beer based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire.  You will provide comprehensive support throughout the full employee lifecycle ensuring efficient effective front line HR service.
  • Provide accurate and timely first line HR support through email and in person queries, escalating to the HR Manager when necessary.
  • Manage the onboarding process, from pre-boarding to holding in person and online inductions, ensuring new starters are given a sense of belonging from the beginning of their BrewDog journey.
  • Ensure the employee lifecycle process is run effectively – starter, mover, leaver process.
  • HR Administration for all PLC HR processes including joiners, leavers, maternity letters, secondments and contract changes.
  • Maintaining up to date accurate employee records in systems and digital files storing in accordance with data protection regulations
  • Supporting on minute taking
  • Ensure accurate records of absence, and process compliance with escalation to occupational health where necessary
  • Tracking and maintaining databases including but not limited to ER Cases, training completion, approved headcount, crew reviews and checklists
  • Working closely with H&S on coordination of annual health surveillance appointments and maintaining records
  • Producing monthly reports and analysing data
  • Help draft, update and communicate HR Policies and Processes
  • Support with HR projects and initiatives
  • Manage regular data audits to ensure employee data, systems and records are up date and accurate

  • You must have a good understanding of HR processes and employment law
  • Ideally at least 1 years experience in an HR Administration role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to work at pace with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Team working ability with a collaborative approach
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Power Point and Excel
