ABOUT THE ROLE

BrewDog are looking for a highly organised and creative individual to join our internal Creative Team as Creative Coordinator. The Creative Coordinator will work closely with the other members of the Creative Department, mostly with the Head of Creative Services to ensure the successful execution of creative projects. This role requires a combination of project management skills, creative briefing and thinking, and attention to detail, playing a key role in delivering world class creative design work.

Details of the role:
  • As Creative Coordinator, you will be responsible for accepting and coordinating creative projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the client brief
  • You’ll act as a key liaison between different departments and team members to ensure clear communication and provide regular project updates
  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring our project management tool is kept up to date and well organised, working closely with the Creative Team members
  • Support the Head of Creative Services on managing external freelancers and supplier relationships, generating POs, updating project trackers etc
  • Develop project timelines, milestones and deadlines. Monitor progress and flag any issues or delays with the team that may arise
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, whilst being proactive on projects

ABOUT YOU

About you:

  • 3+ years experience working in a marketing/creative environment, preferably as a coordinator or similar role
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of design principles, marketing concepts and print production processes is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, someone who is cool under pressure
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in using project management tools
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively, but also able to work independently with good initiative
  • A strong team player and collaborator willing to put their passion and drive into the brand
