Marketing Assistant - London

We want a tech-savvy marketeer who can help execute and improve our digital offerings, from email campaigns to collections on our website; we’re building a new team of eager and dedicated professionals to ramp up FINE+RARE’s Brand output, and there’s great opportunity for leaving your mark on the company.

The Marketing Assistant will support the Brand team with responsibility for content management of our global websites, implementation of offer and editorial email campaigns, social media management and general website upkeep in creating and executing a distinct visual identity for FINE+RARE on all touchpoints.

As a key member of the Brand team, you will:

• Assist with the maintenance of our global websites including site-wide content updates, image uploads in the catalogue and site merchandising.

• Create and optimise email templates using HubSpot for offers and weekly newsletters.

• Support the planning, development and updating of social content.

• Review the Instagram account’s tagged posts and stories for relevant reposting.

• Assist with copywriting and proofing for web, Instagram captions, newsletters, and other forms of brand communications.

• Ensure the Imagery archive is properly organised, updated and backed up.

• Proactively work on content creation (photography, videography) and document tastings, private client dinners, winery visits etc.

• Monitor key competitors and other relevant luxury brand sectors to challenge F+R’s thinking and approach.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field.

• Prior experience in a similar marketing role with a passion for luxury brands.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Advanced competencies in core Adobe CS, Figma and MS Office software.

• Experience scheduling content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.).

• Experience updating images and content on websites.

• Proven communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Good time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A keen eye for detail.

• Ability to interpret and consistently apply brand guidelines.

• Good understanding of a range of print and online design processes.

• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms quickly.

• An interest in fine wine and spirits.
