Marketing Executive - London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and motivated Marketing Executiveto join the Communications team at The Birley Clubs based in Mayfair, London.

As Marketing Executive you will support the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director in executing the marketing strategy across all Clubs and The Caring Family Foundation. This includes managing Member communications, developing brand collateral and providing proactive administration support across all areas of their remit and to the team. Facilitate the flow of communication with other departments and key stakeholders.

This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and hands-on role for a marketer who is passionate about delivering projects that drive results.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the marketing & newsletter calendar ensuring it remains up to date
• Collate information for newsletters from key stakeholders across the business i.e. Events, F&B, Music/Entertainment and Operations
• Brief the external designer and copywriter on upcoming email marketing campaigns and work closely with them to achieve optimised email creative and messaging
• Manage all brand and event collateral needs including briefing process from key stakeholders
• Brief and manage external designer on all artwork/collateral needs
• Project manage the delivery of collateral within the deadline
• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with updates to The Birley Clubs and The Caring Family Foundation’s websites, to ensure content is up to date and optimised for SEO
• Develop new processes to address business needs and increase output
• Create and present quarterly and monthly marketing plans and proposals (newsletters) on schedule to the Senior Marketing Manager
• Help collect and compile information (data, images, Club feedback) to compile reports and presentations
• Meeting support including print collateral ahead of key stakeholder meetings, note-taking and reporting back actions
• Assisting team onsite for key events and hero moments

Skills, Experience and Characteristics Required:

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong project management skills, whilst meeting deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot as priorities change
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Able to communicate confidently with all levels of management
• Able to work autonomously
• Excellent organisational skills and time management
• Critical thinker and strong analytical skills to analyse and interpret information and to make recommendations for improved results and organisation
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Able to build strong, professional relationships with all relevant parties both internally and externally
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growing
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role within luxury brands, experience in the hospitality industry beneficial
• Able to work confidently in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
