Beavertown began life 11 years ago in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

The Role
Fancy joining an innovative company where you’ll ensure that orders are processed and invoiced accurately and efficiently while harbouring a customer-centric culture and collaborating with the Ops team on project work? In this role, you’ll use your high level of personal drive and helpful attitude to represent Beavertown in every interaction with our customers so this role is incredibly important to us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Daily processing of orders and invoices for your key stakeholders for UK and export customers
  • Creating collaborative relationships with your key stakeholders – tracking and improving their reported service levels
  • Working closely with the finance department and collaboratively working through challenges
  • Supporting the sales team with onboarding new customers and working closely with our 3PL
  • Managing inbound enquiries – customer service queries, POs support, logistic issues
  • Working closely with the stock management team – taking ownership of stock management from a customer perspective
  • Supporting the customer supply team leader with ad hoc projects related to improving our customer experience
  • As we continue to automate O2C, you’ll partner with the customer supply team leader to support and lead projects to continuously improve our customers experience
