Wine Shop Sale Associate – London
Eataly’s Wine Department is home to the biggest selection of Italian wines outside of Italy featuring wines produced by our family brands such as Fontanafredda, Borgogno, and Colombaio di Cencio, alongside premium Italian wine carefully sourced from all 20 regions of Italy. Eataly’s enoteca has something for every wine lover, with 4,000 bottles and over 2,000 different labels.
As one of our Wine Shop Sales Associates, you will work in our ‘Cantina’ wine shop on the 1st floor of our store located in the heart of London. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience and sharing product knowledge with our customers.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…
- Provides outstanding customer service – assists guests in selecting products and share knowledge of wine pairings, product comparison and gain a detailed brief from them to provide in budget recommendations.
- Assist the Cantina Manager on stock rotation, ordering, cleaning, and visual merchandising.
- Process deliveries and ensure that wines are correctly stored.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR…
- Significant experience working as a Wine Sales Associate, Sommelier or similar.
- Experience selling wines by the bottle in a professional environment, preferably retail.
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluent in English
