Social Media Manager – London
Location: Hybrid – 2/3 days office
Your unique contribution
This role fuses social media strategy, marketing and content. You will liaise closely with the marketing, creative and buying departments, and will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management and timely delivery of all key social media campaigns for The Whisky Exchange and support sister entities when required.
This is a position for an expert social media marketer who can develop and track campaigns. The specialist must grow the following, and increase engagement on all platforms to increase ROI on campaigns. This is a key role in the development of the reputation and commercial success of The Whisky Exchange that will focus on both our existing and new customers.

You will manage paid social media marketing campaigns & day to day activities along with managing the budgets, analysing campaigns and being responsible for the line management of 1 direct report
Your blend of talent
Ideally you will have/be:
- 4 years + e-commerce experience within a social media role for a b2c online retailer
- Outstanding written & verbal English communication skills
- Proficient with project management tools (jira preferable)
- Previous experience with Facebook Business Manager and similar tools for social media channels
- Proficient with Planoly, Later or similar planning tool
- Skilled in working collaboratively across a wide range of teams
- Fully aware and up to date with the latest trends in social media
