Sales Executive – London/Hybrid
We’re looking for a sales specialist to support the growth of the Wine Hub; the business operating platform that’s been adopted by scores of fine wine companies and importers over the last three years; and sets out to shape an industry-wide ecosystem to promote business efficiency and economic activity, and to simplify international trade.
Your profile
You’ll have worked within a ‘high-touch’ SaaS environment, be confident of growing and managing a focused pipeline (using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Linkedin), be exceptionally business and market orientated by nature, and interested, showing an affinity for business operators and the challenges they face within our serviceable market segments.
You will also have industry-level perspectives on business operating models and trends. Not necessarily in wine, but in a sector or another, segment or a horizontal business function. We simply want to see that you will be able to very quickly get to grips with themes and trends that context how business owners and managers think, plan and aspire to develop their operations. e.g. https://business.wineowners.com/stockholding-guide-fine-wine/
You will have a track record of successful business-building and sales, ideally B2B. You love selling. Proper, consultative selling.
You will be used to managing a sufficient pipeline and to detailed, weekly reporting, and feel confident in asking for help and support where and when needed. Essentially you are a real team player with a desire to problem-solve your way to success as part of a winning team that has the combined skills to deliver.
Strong at sales strategy, you will be able to evaluate each opportunity, establish value based on detailed needs analysis, and know when to escalate.

Serviceable addressable market of:
- Merchants
- Importers
- Brokers
- Retailers
UK, France, USA, and handling inbound from ROW.
Interview Process
Interview process will be in three stages, firstly an hour online with one of our Head of Department, followed by a F2F meeting at our office. The last part of the process will be meeting with one of our founders.
