Sales Assistant – London

We’re looking for an experienced retailer with a proven track record of great customer service and sales to join our store team in this exciting phase of Jeroboams’ growth. Skills/Competencies/Experience required:

• Experience working in retail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent wine knowledge – WSET level 2minimum
• Commercial awareness – experience in successfully delivering KPIs
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to implement and prioritise tasks
• Ability to raise problems as and when they arise
• Highly skilled relationship builder
• Driven to succeed with integrity and a collaborative outlook
• Resilient and consistent
• Team player with a positive attitude

Job Type – Full time 42.5 hours per week over 7 days on a rota basis
