We are a people first business and so engagement within the sales teams is key for us to achieve our goals. To measure our progress here, we have enrolled in Gallup’s annual engagement survey which relays how our people are really feeling in the workplace. The NFSM will directly contribute to the progress and success of the survey by listening to their people and implementing change where it is required.
There will be a range of KPIs for the NFSM and the Account Managers within the team, across new tap targets, volume growth and creating advocacy. This is all about creating indispensable, value adding relationships with our customers. We encourage our people to try new things with a customer first approach, because we believe to do things no other brewer has done before, we need to keep pushing the boundaries.
We like to do things differently at Beavertown and so we are looking for a creative individual who can implement operational process without losing the heart & soul of our culture. Our team members are encouraged to be completely individualistic and our approach to developing sales capability is tailored to each person. The right candidate will have their own grasp on sales process and will play a key role in developing Beavertown’s own sales school.
