Salary: 46,000-50,000 plus 20% bonusThis role sits at the heart of AU Vodka’s wholesale growth engine. You’ll own national wholesale accounts, build high-impact commercial plans, and push AU’s presence across the country. It’s for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, thinks ahead, and knows how to turn a brand with energy into a brand with even more reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive national wholesale performance across major cash & carries, route-to-market partners, and regional distributors.
- Build and execute channel strategies that accelerate distribution, sales, and profitability.
- Deliver annual volume, revenue, and margin targets with precision.
- Lead day-to-day management of key national wholesale accounts, maintaining strong, strategic relationships.
- Negotiate listings, pricing, promotional plans, and annual joint business plans.
- Ensure AU Vodka is consistently front of mind and front of shelf.
- Lead customer-specific activation plans, promotional calendars, and trade marketing executions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure in-store presence, POS, and displays reflect AU’s brand standards and energy.
- Monitor execution quality across wholesale environments and adjust quickly when needed.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor movement to spot opportunities and risks early.
- Turn insights into sharp commercial actions that support national growth.
- Report performance clearly and proactively to senior leadership.
- Partner with marketing, trade marketing, finance, supply chain, and field sales teams to deliver cohesive commercial plans.
- Feed market intelligence back into brand and campaign planning.
- Own demand forecasting for wholesale partners to ensure consistent availability.
- Work with supply chain to manage stock flow, prevent out-of-stocks, and support promotional spikes.
- Identify new customers, new routes to market, and long-term opportunities to widen AU Vodka’s footprint.
- Champion the brand across all wholesale networks, ensuring standards are upheld and elevated.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience managing national or major regional accounts within wholesale, cash & carry, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results in a sales or account management role.
- Strong understanding of the UK wholesale landscape and route-to-market models.
- Confident working with data, forecasts, and commercial planning tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships with buyers and internal stakeholders.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
