The Role:

We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our On-Trade Managed channel for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, focusing on the HORECA team. In this role, you will take ownership of some of our most dynamic and challenging customer accounts, shaping strategies that drive growth and deliver outstanding results. You will build strong, lasting relationships with customer contacts, craft commercial proposals that make a difference, and navigate complex P&L environments to support smart, informed decisions. As a true BBG ambassador, you will lead with influence, champion our culture and values, and make a tangible difference across the Managed channel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to make their mark, drive business forward, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver commercial metrics across your ledger, including volume, net revenue, MACO, CORES & EBITDA.
  • Negotiate effectively to secure mutually beneficial deals for BBG and customers.
  • Lead and develop five Key Account Managers and two Trade Activation Executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Category Management, Trade Marketing, Tech Sales, Sales Ops, and Drinks Dispense.
  • Define a one-year plan (1YP) for the ledger and set short- and long-term objectives.
  • Execute key routines including CPT, investment recommendations, forecasting, risk & opportunity management, and business reviews.
  • Manage ledger investments to maximize ROI and achieve cost efficiencies.
