Marketing Manager – Hybrid/Kent
Balfour is looking for a new Marketing Manager to support their ambitious plans for growth.
Working in a small, ambitious team – you will support the company’s board to oversee a comprehensive marketing plan including overseeing a number of social media channels, digital marketing and events support.
This is a hybrid role, based two days in week in Kent with some London and further travel.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing a comprehensive communication plan, aimed at driving visitors and customers to our site(s)
Social and Digital Marketing support for the business
The creation and production of key collateral, including wine lists and POS
Working with the wider marketing team to understand and execute the overall brand and marketing plan
Supporting a calendar of exciting events with inventive and captivating marketing initiatives
Work closely with our winery team to communicate exciting new developments to our audiences
Understand our demographics and opportunities, and help to develop the brand towards new opportunities
Who should apply for this role:
If you are passionate about wine, food and hospitality and have experience (3+ years) working in the above
If you have a creative flair – and love bringing your ideas and enthusiasm to work
If you want to develop as a marketer, and be part of an ambitious and exciting English Winery
If you’re well organised, driven and with a strong analytic and strategic mindset and have experience of using Meta Adverts, Mailchimp, Google Ads and more.
