Management Accountant - Swansea

The Role
At Au Vodka, we don’t do boring, and that includes finance. We’re looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to help power our next phase of growth. This role sits at the heart of the business, turning numbers into insights, supporting fast decision-making, and keeping our finances as premium as our product.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, operations, and commercial teams to make sure the brand scales smartly, profitably, and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
- Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to support commercial and operational decisions
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments
- Support cost control, margin analysis, and profitability reviews
- Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to track performance and ROI
- Assist with year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors
- Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting as the business scales
- Support ad-hoc projects in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a management accounting role (FMCG, consumer brand, or high-growth business preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
- Commercial mindset with the ability to explain numbers in plain English
- High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
