Ways of working: 3 days a week in office/2 days from home

The role ..

An exciting opportunity to join the SERVED team and lead their brilliant Off-Trade team as these channels grow exponentially. Reporting to and working directly alongside the founders, the brand is looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Head of Off Trade to take ownership of our off-trade channels and team, build long term relationships and deliver category leading growth.

You will be taking on the role as player manager, coach and develop the team whislt leading from the front. You will take responsibility for majopr retailers & wholesalers whilst managing a NAM. We are looking for someone to deliver the channel strategy and take this brand to the next level in the Off Trade.

We are looking for experienced FMCG National Account Managers or Senior National Account Managers who are looking for that first big opportunity. You must be comfortable rolling those sleeves up whilst keeping your eye on the long term strategy. Having a successful track record in retail is a must whilst demonstrating a growth mindset. If you are ambitious, self-sufficient, commercial and a team player then this role is for you.
