Head of Global Marketing for Spirits – London
Alexandrion Group’s story is a combination of history, tradition, experience and passion dating back to 1789. The group is the spirits and wine markets leader in Romania, and the only producer of single malt whisky in the country and in the region.
Our Alexandrion Saber Distilleries 1789 is one of the largest and most modern production facilities in Southeastern Europe. We also own vineyards and wine production facilities in Romania, located in the Dealu Mare (Big Hill) region. Our Rhein & CIE 1892 Cellars, located in Azuga, are the place where the oldest sparkling wine in Romania, Rhein Extra, has been produced without interruption for more than a century. Rhein Extra has particular historical and cultural significance and has been the official supplier to the Royal House of Romania since 1904.
Alexandrion Group is headquartered in Romania and has offices and subsidiaries in the USA, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Brazil and UAE.
Our global distribution network covers more than 50 countries and is rapidly expanding. We are also building a state-of-the-art distillery in New York (USA), another distillery in the Kavala region (Greece) and we are planning to make investments in several other distilleries in Romania and in other countries. The Group is also expanding its distribution network, by opening distribution companies, wine & spirits stores under the name “Alexandrion Experience”, as well as e-commerce websites, in all the countries where we identify opportunities.
Lead the global brand management of the spirits portfolio.
For each priority brand deliver: brand strategy, key assets and annual growth drivers
Lead brilliant execution in collaboration with Romania, Regional Teams and Import partners
1.Create, align and deploy brand strategy for priority brands.
2. Develop and deploy key brand assets: sales aids, POS, serve, always on social assets.
3. Develop annual Global Marketing Plan e.g. campaigns, experiential and in outlet.
4. Define financial vision for each priority brand, within existing and new countries.
5. Define and deploy execution targets for Romania, Regions and Import partners.
6. Brilliant collaboration to ensure excellence in execution.
7. Report and deliver P&L annual Budget – sales and A&P.
8. Develop capability and organization effectiveness of internal and external partners
Job Position Minimum Requirements:
Brand strategy development.
Developing annual marketing plans for multi-market brands.
Creating and executing digital, social, experiential, PR and in outlet assets.
Financial brand management – reporting P&L, driving execution and managing A&P
Driving effective teamwork within teams and across departments
Experienced in Spirits category across multiple markets.
Ideally, 5+ experience in large multinational FMCG company;
2+ years in smaller BWS manufacturer or distributor
