Front of House / Wine Bar Assistant x 2 - Brighton
We’re looking for 1-2 people to join our small team.
- 2–4 shifts per week, very flexible hours
- Weekend availability essential
- Minimum WSET Level 1 required
- Must be confident, friendly, and comfortable hosting customers
- Able to hold conversation and create a welcoming atmosphere
You will be working in our relaxed, independent wine bar, serving customers, and supporting tastings and events. We will train you on our tastings, with the aim for you to host individual tastings within 4 weeks of employment.
We offer £12.75 per hour plus tips and will obtain a personal license for the right candidate.
Previous team members have used this role as a stepping stone into the wine industry at higher levels, with our latest staff departure gaining a role as a trainee sommelier at Black Book, London.
