Summary:
- 42.5 hour contract
- Base Salary £27000, OTE £325000
- Bonus & incentive scheme, no ceiling.

If you’ve got proven knowledge of wine, as well as bar and food experience, we’re looking for you to join our friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable team for a new wine bar in Summertown, Oxford.
As a manager, you will be responsible for driving and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. We are wine specialists and you will need to be too – whether that’s knowledge you come with or can pick up quickly with our support. The site will also serve cocktails, fine spirits, beers, coffee and nibbles.
The role in a nutshell:
To inspire team and customers alike with your confident appreciation of wine
To order and organise bar operations, ensuring the customer experience is consistently good every time
Together with the General Manager, to manage a team that includes full-time and part-time staff through ongoing evaluations, listening and coaching
To ensure that the highest levels of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
About us:
