Customer Supply Executive – London

We are looking for a Customer Supply Executive to join the Customer Supply Team.
This role will report into the Customer Supply Manager and will be responsible for communicating directly with customers regarding sales-related enquiries and orders.
You will be the point of contact for the wider business on all stock queries and ensure accuracy of inventory levels through accurate and timely reporting and data entry into SAP. The successful candidate will organise and schedule 3rd Party Logistics transport, prepare export orders, process all credit notes, and returns cross-functionally across the business.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, an up-to-date understanding of tax legislation/compliance procedures and time management skills.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To capture and manage all customer orders and ensure they are acknowledged, processed, and booked within deadline
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data entry into SAP
  • Preparing UK and export orders, including supporting with shipping (and customs documents / liaise with customs broker)
  • Responsible for accuracy of inventory levels; point person for all stock queries – and communicate to relevant key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with customers – Developing close working relationships with customer order placement teams (head office or depot) to maintain world class service standards
  • Providing data/support to sales team as needed with onboarding of new customers
  • Enter all new product information into SAP
  • Supporting with organising and scheduling collections
  • Preparing export orders, including shipping and customs documents (and liaise with customs broker)
  • Liaise with the Finance team regarding debtors, invoice queries/payments
  • Processing all credit notes and returns
  • Filing all signed invoices in a timely manner
  • To capture and manage all customer orders and ensure they are acknowledged, processed, and booked within deadline.
  • Liaise with transport companies to arrange collection, communicate delays, and manage accordingly.
  • Report issues, and inefficiencies of importers and their hauliers and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Support with processing of marketing materials to support brand development
  • Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
