About the function

The IOI Customer Service Centre is a Centre Of Excellence within Diageo and ensures our customers receive a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition, the Customer Services team, based in NI have a Consumer team who provide a point of contact for Diageo Consumers globally.

 

About the role

The role of a Consumer Carelines Executive supports the Consumer Care experience in GB and Ireland, referring global consumers to correct contacts within their market.
• To ensure every Customer/Consumer receives excellent customer service and contributes significantly to ensuring Diageo maintains its position as supplier of choice.
• To build brilliant Customer/Consumer relationships that maximise the value created in every Customer/Consumer interaction.
• Take personal ownership of all Customer/Consumer queries & issues and act as first point of escalation for resolution of Customer Queries.
• To build great business partnerships with Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Quality colleagues, Legal and Corporate Relations.

 

About you

• 5 GCSE / O Levels (inc. Maths & English) or equivalent qualification

• At least 6 months Consumer Services role in a busy customer service environment
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Some experience of Microsoft Office suite would be advantageous

• Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce/CRM tools is a significant advantage
