Customer Marketing Intern – London

As the Customer Marketing Intern, you will have a fantastic opportunity to work across the full MHUK portfolio and experience working across multiple commercial channels to deliver best in class brand activations; On-trade (bars, restaurants, and hotels), off-trade (grocery, specialists, and cash & carry), and festivals and events.

As the intern for the Customer Marketing Team, you will be reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing. You will be liaising with other functions across our business and, once established, have the opportunity to lead and deliver your own activations, whilst providing a strong administrative support for the team.

On-trade Activations:

  • Support the delivery and review of best-in-class activations in conjunction with the Activation Specialists for the on-trade :
  • Help to brief in the creation and delivery of activation touchpoints through third-party agencies;
  • Help manage budgets for Moët Hennessy’s high image accounts.
  • Work with Activation Specialists to manage and communicate the Trade Activation Programme

Off-trade Activations:

  • Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager and Activation Specialist for the off-trade to deliver and review key activations;
  • Support delivery of market leading customer marketing activations in our Cash & Carry customers;
  • Support the delivery of key brand activations in Specialists customers;
  • Help to brief in the creation and delivery of activation touchpoints through third-party agencies;
  • Help manage field agency teams in line with commercial and brand objectives.
  • Work with the Activation Specialist for Events to support in ensuring high-quality delivery of our activations in events spaces;
  • Work with third-party agencies to ensure delivery of branded assets;
  • Excellent Execution: Acting as a project manager and delivering high quality results which hit multi-brand and channel objectives on time and within budget;
  • Brand Management & Marketing Activities: Supporting the customer marketing team and working with brand teams in developing channel activity. Writing and delivering a brief utilizing a well-rounded consumer understanding and harnessing your creative ability.Support on the ground management of third-party agencies ensuring quality of serves on MHUK bars at events.TEAM SUPPORT
        • Order Point of Sale Merchandise (POSM) for activations in the on trade, off trade, festivals and events
        • Create and GR purchase orders;
        • Track team budgets on internal systems;
        • Create team presentations, reviews and mail-outs;
        • Manage and develop central assets to support sales team.
