Cellar Hands for 2023 vintage – Surrey

Denbies Wine Estate Ltd is currently recruiting Cellar Hands to join our team for the 2023 vintage.

Harvest is expected to begin towards the end of September and run for approximately six weeks.

The role is varied, and the ability to be flexible is paramount. However, the position will mainly consist of crush pad activities, racking of juice, inoculations and the general maintenance of cellar hygiene standards. Some basic lab work may also be required.

A vintage at Denbies provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in cool climate winemaking and insight into sparkling and still wine production at one of England’s premium estates.

A valid license to drive a forklift truck is preferred but not essential. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in cellars.

A competitive salary package is available, including meals and on-site accommodation.
