Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Brand Activation Manager to grow AU Vodka’s presence across The Netherlands through unforgettable real-life experiences, partnerships, and events. You’ll be responsible for bringing the brand to life offline from festivals and clubs to influencer parties and retail activations, making sure AU Vodka is seen, tasted, and talked about everywhere.

You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager and Commercial Manager to connect activations with content and sales, helping AU Vodka become a household name in the Dutch nightlife and lifestyle scene.

  • Plan and execute brand activations across key cities (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, etc.)  including club partnerships, festivals, influencer events, and brand pop-ups.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with local event organisers, bars, and hospitality partners.
  • Manage logistics for activations (bottles, displays, branding materials, staff).
  • Ensure brand visibility at retail and on-premise locations through POS materials, displays, and creative setups.
  • Coordinate sampling & product seeding for new RTDs or bottle launches.
  • Work closely with the Social Media team to generate engaging event content and UGC from activations.
  • Track performance and ROI of each activation :report attendance, reach, and engagement.
  • Support influencer & PR initiatives by assisting with event guest lists, product drops, and local collaborations.
  • Represent AU Vodka at events  being the face of the brand on the ground.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in brand activation, event management, or field marketing (alcohol, nightlife, or fashion industry is a big plus).
  • Strong network in the Dutch nightlife, event, or influencer scene.
  • Hands-on mentality — comfortable executing events from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident, social, and professional presence — you live the AU Vodka lifestyle.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English.
  • Driver’s license is a plus (for on-site activations).
