Area Business Manager – East Anglia

The Area Business Manager role is a senior leadership role, responsible for the Anglia Agronomy team.

The role holder will be focused on:

• Ensuring our customers receive a first class offer from Agrii at all times, in terms of service, advice and product supply.
• Managing a team of agronomists including recruiting, developing, coaching and managing performance.
• Profit and loss accountability for the team.
• Business development and growth, setting targets, finding opportunities and measuring the team’s performance.

The role holder will collaborate with key individuals across the business to broaden our offer to meet the evolving needs of our farmer customers.

What are we looking for?

• The ideal candidate will have proven track record in managing agronomists or in a similar leadership role in an agricultural business.They will have agricultural sales experience and agronomy knowledge is essential.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate across different levels of an organisation.
