Head of Human Resources - Hertfordshire
The role has 5 direct reports: 3 HR Advisers, 1 HR Administrator, 1 Engagement and Wellbeing Lead. The HR team are all based in Stevenage with some remote working available. This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday on a 35 hours per week contract.
The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and advises and supports the Executive Team and the People Sub-Committee.
The purpose of the role is to contribute to the ongoing development and effective delivery of the HR strategy and provide professional, generalist HR support to the Executive Team and to the wider business on a variety of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with employment laws, company policies and procedures, benefits administration and HR technology.
